We have support brokers who can aid individuals with disabilities and their families in understanding their roles in self-directed services. You can guarantee that we offer client-centered services based on their needs and preferences. Our support brokers work with you in creating and updating service plans, understanding paperwork and emergency/backup plans, and offering information on community services, among others.
A Support Broker is someone who provides coaching and mentoring to individuals who chooses to self-direct their services funded by the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA), Maryland. Individuals receiving self-directed services have employer and budget authority.
